Request for Quotation- Software Developer

REFORM is planning to contract with a Software Developer within the framework of YLA (Youth Led Action) Project. We would like to ask for quotation regarding the subject mentioned above, please submit your offer latest by Thursday 4th of May.

Needed Background

A Bachelor degree in software engineering or any related filed

Advanced degrees/ certifications in software engineering or developing

Five years of professional experience in developing mobile apps and software.

Expertise in using software languages

Knowledge in graphic software design

Duties of the Developer:

Collaborate with the project team to complete the development of an online participation app.

Build the software application and ensure that it is well-developed and functioning correctly.

Coordinate with the project team to obtain necessary approvals and oversee the continued development of the application.

Attend meetings with the Reform team at the REFORM office or via Zoom.

Work efficiently within tight time frames.

Follow up with the technical support team after the handover to ensure the continued success of the project.

Notes:

The Applicants must register on our procurement system E-connect using this link: REFORM (econnect.ps), and attached copy of the registration form with the offer.

Winners of the bid must cover advertisement fees. 

REFORM is not obliged to contract with the lowest price. 

All vendors have to prove deduction on source certificate should be attached with the price offer. 

Payments will be made in ILS and through a check, or bank transfer within month from the date of the invoice, or payment request.

For those who meet the needed background, duties, and interested to apply must provide us with the following:

Financial offer in EURO vat excluded Which include a financial breakdown table: 30%

Technical offer must be submitted in English and must include the following: 70%

Resume reflecting the related experience. (Degree 10% experience 20%)

Advanced certificates in the field (10%)

Detailed work plan with time frame to achieve the requested tasks. (15%)
