PURPOSE OF THIS RFP
Oxfam has been working extensively in partnership with community-based women’s rights organizations in Palestine over the past decade to empower women and support them in their actions for gender justice and women’s rights.
Oxfam is piloting an initiative supporting Women’s Rights Organisations (WROs) in OPT. in the first year of the fund, Oxfam has supported a small research project involving WRO partners and others (international INGOs, external WROs to the project, etc) to explore a women’s empowerment approach to community-led mental health and wellbeing.
Oxfam is seeking to commission an expert(s) who will be jointly working with two WRO partners in the Gaza Strip (Aid and Hope Program for Cancer Patient Care - AHP, and Wefaq Society For Women and Child Care) on developing further their approaches to community-based mental health, services shall be provided according to conditions and requirements detailed in this Request For Proposal (RFP).

The deadline for submission of proposals is 26th July 2022 at 1 pm upon conditions in the RFP dossier.
Proposals shall be sent before the deadline indicated in the above timetable. Responses must only be sent to ([email protected]) without copying any other email addresses. Any proposals sent through other channels will not be considered.
The proposal shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Proposal and one for Price Proposal).
