Established in 1992, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a relief and humanitarian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). SIF helps deprived and disadvantaged communities in more than 30 countries
Our field-based teams work in 3 specific fields:
- Rescue – Respond to the basic needs of the most vulnerable people.
- Reinforce – Give populations the tools to be autonomous.
- Mobilize – Participate in sensitization and advocacy campaigns.
SIF has established the protection unit to provide psychosocial support and case management to beneficiaries by the Counselor. SIF is seeking to hire a part-time Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to SIF’s Counselor and provide technical support to the protection unit to meet SIF’s protection strategic objectives.
Therefore, SIF intends to appoint a Clinical Supervisor for its Hope and Healing II Project in Gaza Strip.
Submission Conditions:
- Separate technical and financial proposals must be provided.
- Financial offer should be in USD.
- Financial offers shall be valid to not less than 90 calendar days from submission date.
- Financial offers shall include all Taxes.
- The awarded supervisor must stamp the signed contract with SIF from the Palestinian Income Tax Department.
- The awarded individual shall pay the cost of this advertisement.
- SIF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest financial offer.
- SIF reserves the right to cancel the tender without providing reasons at any time.
The deadline for submission of the technical and financial offers as well as opening session will be on Wednesday 18.09.2019 at 12:00 p.m.
