The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development - REFORM would like to ask for your offer regarding the items mentioned below, please submit your offer latest by Wednesday, 21.04.2021 before 04:00 pm.

Mentor to train and coach a marginalized group, policy suggestion writer and documentarian 

• The training and coaching days will be implementing in person or via ZOOM. That’s will be decided between the trainer and the participants.
• The training will take place during April and May 2021.

Monitoring trainer and position paper drafter.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Palestinian government for the year 2021.
