BACKGROUND INFORMATION

ActionAid Palestine has been implementing a 4-year Humanitarian and Resilience Programme in Gaza Strip funded by Danida through ActionAid Denmark, and in partnership With Maan Development Centre, Wefaq Society for Women and childcare and the Palestinian NGO Network (PNGO). The Programme objective is: “Women and young people affected by protracted crisis and disasters in Gaza have strengthened resilience and protection in line with IHRL and IHL”.

KEY DELIVERABLES

The consultant/firm is required to provide (key deliverables):

Part 1:

Develop a data collection tool to collect data from 100 beneficiary (using ActionAid existing guidance).
Provide an Impact assessment report providing quantitative and qualitative analysis, using report these using graphs and diagrams and responding to the programme overall objective and lign-terms and intermediate outcomes.

Part 2:

Develop Well-written success stories as per the details below:

Word limit (350-450 words each story)
Document and produce 5 success stories (in 2 languages “English and Arabic”).

Well-designed info-videos (total of 3 covering 3 thematic areas a. Youth leadership in emergencies b. Social and Economic resilience c. Preparedness and Response to Covid19

Info-video doesn’t exceed 2 minutes
1 consolidated Info-video combining the content from the 3 info-videos.

Producing 30 info-graphs capturing the key programme achievements both qualitative and quantitative.
Produce Communicable booklet that provides an overview of the programme and consolidate all the produced materials from 1-3. This booklet should be available in a digital and pintable versions

Reports/stories/case studies…etc should be written clearly, and succinctly in an easily understandable language, conclusions should be clear, logical, defensible and reflect clearly from consultations with stakeholders.

DURATION AND WORKING SCHEDULE:

The assignment shall be conducted between 20 October to 10 November 2021. Specific level of effort for the consultant will be based on the agreed workplan that will be finalized with the contract.
