SOCIOECONOMIC STUDY AND MENTORING SERVICES IN WESTERN BANI ZEID COMMUNITIES FOR THE DEMONSTRATIVE ACTION IN PALESTINE

Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting consultancy and training services for the implementation of the project MedTOWN “Co-producing social policies with Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) actors to fight poverty, inequality and social exclusion” that is co-financed by European Union through the Cross Border Cooperation Program ENI MED 2014-2020. According to the following conditions:

1. The applicant should have previous experience in similar work. 
2. Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.
3. Local entities and free lancers (team) are eligible to participate in this bid.
4. Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents by visit PARC website on the URL: www.pal-arc.org/tenders.
5. Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- RAMALLAH no later than Thursday, 28th Jan 2021 at 2:00 pm.
6. This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
