Subject: Request for quotation
The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and local Development -REFORM would like to ask for your offer regarding the items mentioned below, please submit your offer latest by Wednesday, 11.11.2020 before 16:00 pm.
“Stationary supplies”
Notes:
The contract period will start from 01.01.2021 – 31.12.2021 with possibility to extend for another year upon approval from both parties.
The offer should be submitted in one currency (ILS). All Taxes must be included in the final price.
Company must specify quantity and price per unit for each product. Palestinian products will be given priority.
Announcement fees for the quotation will be paid by the bid winning company.
The company must deliver purchased items to REFORM Office or Innovation Hub in Ramallah and has to cover the delivery fees.
All interested companies should show their commitment in paying taxes.
REFORM may choose to award this procurement to more than one vendor for some specific items that may not be found or obtained at a point of time.
Items must be delivered to office along with a delivery note.
REFORM is not obliged to contact with lowest prices.
REFORM is not obliged to purchase all above mentioned items.
If price offer is submitted on the attached request for quotation template (above), then it is to be assumed vendor agrees to all terms and notes.

Price Offer should be drafted in English or Arabic, signed and/or stamped in a sealed envelop and delivered by hand to the following address: The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development- REFORM, Tirawi Building, 2nd floor in Al Masyoun, Ramallah.
