Tamkeen Program: "Youth Empowerment and Development"

Ajyal Association has received a grant from IM Swedish Development Partner for its project

 Tamkeen: "Youth Empowerment and Development", #:832026 aiming at the social inclusion of the rights holders, by increasing their participation in public affairs, particularly youth engagement in the local governance.

Project Description:

The 12-months project includes building the capacities of (15) youth from both genders and age group (20-29) in the Gaza strip, aiming at developing their capacities through multi-interventions including training, coaching, orientation, and follow up & monitoring for the development of a learning process for the targeted youth groups. This training in its turn will contribute to expanding the project’s outreach, and multiplying its impact where those trained youth will play the roles of “Coaches” to other youngest generation and conducting digital advocacy initiatives, as follow: 

Strengthening the Civic participation of (RDC) team:

Ajyal Association intends to increase the civic participation of a group of (15)-members of the (Resource Development Coaches (RDCs) through building their awareness and capacities. These youth members will be selected from the university students and fresh graduates, and relative specializations. They will receive a capacity building training course during 6-days for 6 hours daily

Overall Project Objective: "Contributing to resilience building of youth in the Gaza Strip"

Specific objective: Empowered young civic leaders among Palestinian youth who are able to achieve better change at local governance.

Offers Submission and Evaluation

The offers shall be submitted no later than April  5th, 2022 COB at 15:00 pm (Gaza/ Palestine time-zone), by submitting hard and soft copies to the following address

Hard copy of closed envelops to be submitted to Ajyal Association Tal El HAwa, near to Carefour mall, opposite to Cedar restaurant, Abu Yousef Al Najjar building

 Late applications will be rejected. Applications without financial proposal will be treated as incomplete.

The offers must include a separate technical and financial proposals;

We reserve the right not to accept any of the offers received, without declaring the reasons.

The criteria which shall serve as basis for evaluating offers will be:

Technical qualification; (70%)

Financial proposal; (30%)

Only shortlisted consultants will be contacted following to the preliminary scanning and review of the received offers from consultants/trainers.
