Tender Supply and Delivery of Medical Equipment’s

RFQ-FY25-SA0031" Supply and Delivery of Medical Equipment"

1. CARE International in West Bank and Gaza is an international, nonprofit, organization committed to fighting global poverty and delivering emergency aid in times of humanitarian crisis.

2. CARE International WBG would like to invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers who are officially registered locally in the field of:

• LOT 1 : Medical Equipment (Yatta Gov. Hospital)

• LOT 2 : Médical Equipment (Jericho Gov. Hospital)

• LOT 3 : Médical EQUIPMENT (Bethlehem Arab society for réhabilitation)

And those who have experience in supplying delivery of the mentioned supply above, in accordance with the terms and conditions, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) presented within the tender.

3. Suppliers may quote for any item in the BOQs under this invitation, given that all items within BOQ MUST be priced individually.

Each item will be evaluated and awarded separately to the lowest responsive supplier. Given that, CARE International WBG has the right to increase/decrease the quantities without any additional cost or drop any or all quantities mentioned in the BOQ in this tender, and/or to award each item/BOQ totally or partially.

4. All interested suppliers can obtain a copy of the tender documents the official working hours (9:00 am – 2:00 pm) from Wednesday, March 12th, 2025, till Thursday, March 27th, 2025, at 14:00 O’clock In the address presented below.

5. Deadline for Bids Submission On or before Thursday, March 27th, 2025, at 14:00 O’clock Note: Late bids will be rejected

Bid Security Value: 5% of total bid price. Validity: March 20th, 2025. To June 19th, 2025 Format: Bid Security in the form of bank guarantee or certified Cheques. Cash or personal cheques are not accepted.
