The reference LITB-2021-9167500 must be shown on the envelope containing the offer. Offers must be
sent separately and must not be included in packages containing samples.

Bid form and schedule(s) must be used when replying to this invitation. You are welcome to enclose
your own specifications etc., if necessary.

Offers must be received at the above address by latest 14:00 hours (Jerusalem time) on 16 June 2021
and will be opened at 13:00 (Jerusalem time) on 17 June 2021. Bids received after the stipulated date
and time will be invalidated.

It is important that you read all the provisions of the bid, to ensure that you understand UNICEF's
requirements and can submit an offer in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant
offers may result in invalidation of your bid.

Sealed offers are to be submitted by email to [email protected] or to the UNICEF Office in Gaza, UNDP Building on or before 16 June 2021 14:00 hrs Jerusalem time.

Due to the nature of the bid, it is important for bidders to submit together with the offers; detailed specifications, data sheets, Manufacturer, proposed brand names, country of origin and pictures where possible of the items quoted for. Additionally, it is important to quote a realistic delivery Leadtime as this procurement is bound by a time constrained funding source.

Note: For new bidders and bidders not yet registered in the UNICEF system, please fill the attached Supplier Profile Form: Annex B and submit back together with your offer.
