Supply of laptop computers and Electronic devices

MA’AN Development Center, in partnership with ACTED, implements a project to promote sustainable development in the Palestinian territories through digital inclusion, funded by the French Agency for Development AFD and partial funding through the southern governorates in France, And according to the following conditions:
1. The supplier must have an approved and duly valid commercial registry and registered with the official government departments.
2. The supplier must have completed similar projects during a previous period of not less than three years.
3. To have an efficient technical and administrative apparatus to implement the project.

4. To have the ability to provide all the necessary equipment's that meets the needs of the project. 
5. To have the capacity and good financial position.
   6. To have the ability to file a zero tax invoice and deduct a valid source for the value of the executed works. 
6. the supplier should be able to reach the project sites at all times without any obstacles and according to what the project supervising staff requests from him.
7. Submit all necessary documents as part of the tender and confirm all the above requirements.

9.A copy of the owner’s ID must be provided

You can obtain the tender documents by requesting the copy via  email shown below, starting  Thursday  05.08.2021 until Thursday 12.08.2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Tenders are submitted at the headquarters MA'AN Center / Ramallah only, in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the tender no later than Monday , 16.08.2021 from 9:00 in the morning until 12 noon.
