PURPOSE OF THIS RFQ
Oxfam is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms interested in conducting “Technical assessment of treated wastewater post-treatment plants and irrigation schemes in west south of Rafah governorate”. The assignment aims to conduct deep technical assessment and engineering design to identify and recommend the enhancement actions which would cover amongst other things, the modification and maintenance works to reduce the BOD rate, an effective solution to reduce the faecal coliform rate and the proper instalment of appropriate equipment as per the assessment to reduce the turbidity.

The deadline for submission of bids is 4th January 2022 at 1pm (Gaza time) upon conditions in the RFQ dossier.
Responses (bids) shall be sent before the deadline indicated in the above timetable. Responses must only be sent to ([email protected]) without ccing any other email addresses. Any offers sent through other channels will not be considered.
Offer shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Offer and one for Price Offer)
