The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in the Terms of Reference.
The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Local Governance (MoLG) and LGUs to ensure their readiness for participation in the TARABOT programme. This includes assessing financial and technical capacity of LGUs, identifying priority investments within the solar energy sector, and developing a sustainable pipeline of projects aligned with programme objectives. Additionally, the consultant will conduct feasibility studies, propose viable business models, and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders such as financial institutions and development partners to support critical resilience initiatives.
