Tender Description

For the 4th consecutive year, the Palestine Information and Communications Technology incubator (PICTI) in partnership with Women’s Technical Affairs Committee (WATC), Alianza Por La Solidaridad (APS), Palestine Family Planning and Protection Association (PFPPA) and Culture & Free Thought Association (CFTA) are currently implementing the project “Reducing Gender Inequalities in the Occupied Palestinian Territory” funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).

The overall objective of the 4-year intervention is to contribute towards the recognition and full exercise of the Right to a Life free from Violence and the Economic Rights of Palestinian women in the West Bank and Gaza. As such, PICTI would like to request detailed price quotations for different available options of the following equipment:

1) Compressing Device;

 - 2 sizes 30*40 cm

 - A motor with a speed of 1500 rpm

 - A feeding injector with a lower sector + an injection output of 100 kg/ 8 hours.

 - The metal is stainless steel.

2) Stone Machine;

Locally made stone machine, with an electric mixer of 210 bar capacity, Taiwanese manufacturer.

All spare parts need be attached.

3) Hot Plate Device for Heating;

 - Supply of hot plate heating device, model MS-H280-Pro, heating up to 280 degrees Celsius.

 - Dimensions 150 * 260 * 80 mm, weight 1.8 kg, speed from 100-1500 rpm.

 - The surface is covered and then ceramic.

 - The type of motor is DC, input= 5 watts, outputs= 3 watts.

 - The electric power is 515 watts.

 - The magnetic stirrer has a capacity of 3 meters, the moving area is 50 mm, and the stirrer stand and 3 magnets are attached, white color in the form of a capsule.

Please note that the price quotation should be submitted in:

1. The price quotation should be submitted in English language.

2. Prices should be in EURO, Different currency rate is not acceptable

3. All prices should be NOT Including VAT, and PICTI doesn't bear any differences for any Taxes.

4. The Vendor should provide PICTI a Tax invoice (Zero Vat) and Valid source of deduction Certificate.

5. The vendor bears all responsibility in the case that it submits a price offer and is unable to bring a source of deduction, or any official certificates that require the payment process.

6. PICTI has the right to withdraw or cancel the solicitation, without incurring any costs.

7. The supplier to whom the quotation is awarded bears all responsibility in the case that they submit a quotation, and is unable to issue invoices or bring a valid source of deduction or clearance from the Added Tax Department or any of the reinforcements necessary for the payment.

8. Payment method after submitting the invoice, and suppling the requested materials and equipment’s, it is certified by the person authorized by PICTI.

9. PICTI reserves the right to reject any offer without stating the reasons and to solicit offers from abroad in the case of rejection of the submitted offers and in case of violation and non-compliance with the required specifications.

10. Price offers should be sent to the PICTI office in a sealed and stamped envelope to the following address; Al-Shohdaa' St., Hassania Building 6th Fl

11. The price Quotations should be valid for at least One Month.

12. Evaluation will depend on attached sample, prices, reputation and experience.

13. Payment of invoices must be made within thirty (30) days after submitting the tax invoice (Stamped by Zero VAT) and a valid source of deduction certificate,

14. PICTI is not obligated to accept the lowest prices.

15. Any clause or any of the general conditions relating to PICTI that have been inadvertently omitted and is not mentioned within these RFQ, is subject to PICTI internal standard procedures or the Palestinian Procurement and Supplies Law or any financial procedures related to that.

16. Stamp and sign all pages.

Note:

 - PICTI will respond to any question received prior to the due date for the quotes, and may, at its sole discretion, respond to requests received later than the due date. The question(s) and response(s) will be sent to all vendors who have requested the RFQ documents.

 - PICTI may extend the closing date to ensure Offers have adequate time to consider answers and reply accordingly.  Late quotes will not be accepted or considered.

 - PICTI has the right to divide the offers between multiple vendors.

The deadline for receiving the offers is April 12th, 2023. Offers received beyond the set deadline will be rejected.
