PROCURMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR R FOR THIRD PARTY AUDIT FOR ISO 14000
RFP# PTC-041-09-2020

PURPOSE STATEMENT

Purpose of achieving ISO 14000 Certificates

The purpose of this system development and certification issuing tender is to help the project targeted benificiers to achieve ISO certification that ensures that an organization runs its business using international standards for products, services and processes. These can include business management, environmental policies, or they can be standards that were developed by the ISO for specific business sectors.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATION FOR AUDITORS

Education:
University degree in the area of Agriculture, Chemistry, Chemical technology, industrial, Environmental or hazardous waste management or other related fields.

Experience:

At least 6 years of experience ISO audits, system development, and issuing certificates.
Have 5 years’ experience in Palestine firm inspection of similar standards;
Thorough knowledge of the international standards implementation;
Working experience in Dates sector
Good client relationship and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability of analytical and report drafting work;

Language requirement:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Working knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage

General terms and Conditions
Your proposals should be addressed and submitted to Palestine Trade Canter – Al Balou Street, Mall of Palestine Bldg. 5th floor, in 2 separated financial and technical sealed envelopes no later than Sunday, Sep 08, 2020 at 02:00 PM with subject RFQ # PTC-041-09-2020.
Winner will bear the cost of the add.
The offer should remain valid for a period no less than 60 days after the deadline date specified for submission.
Offer should be sent by completing the price schedule in Annex 1 in page 7.
The rates quoted should be fixed for the duration of the contract and should not be subject to adjustment on any account, unless to offer a deduction to the rates.
Prices should be in EURO and exclude VAT.
Prices should include delivering the requested items.
Payment will be issued within 30 days from the date of the issue of the invoice and upon acceptable of the deliverables.
PalTrade will award the contract to the bidder whose offer has been determined to be responsive to requests.
