Stars of Hope Society for the of Women with Disabilities was established in 2007 with the aim of meeting the needs of women with disabilities and supporting them, and achieving their full rights, because of the discrimination and prejudice directed against women with disabilities in addition to the fact that there is no organization or program that specifically targets the needs of this group. Since its establishment, Stars of Hope society has devoted all its efforts to raise public awareness of the reality, obstacles, and the needs of women with disabilities. Accordingly, SHS seeks to promote the principle of equal opportunities at the level of education and employment, and to reduce discrimination based on disability and gender, and it believes that achieving financial independence for women with disabilities is a very important step to obtain their basic rights, and enhance their participation in labor market.

About Project

In this context, SHS seeks to establish a pilot project of a comprehensive service unit “virtual incubator” that provides comprehensive-virtual support and guidance for WWDs entrepreneurs to assist them in starting and improving their businesses up and transforming ideas into productive and income generating projects.

The mission of the incubator is to design, develop, implement, and market innovative initiatives in the various business sectors, which will support the development of entrepreneurial business projects with high expansion potential by providing them with an integrated package of high-quality business development services that will have a role in promoting and supporting the possibility of marketing ideas, and improve the development and growth of effective projects.

Provided services by the virtual incubator:

The incubator provides a package of interrelated services that help business owners (WWDs) to establish and operate small and micro projects to get out of poverty, improve the quality of life, and enhance opportunities for social and economic engagement and contribution in their narrow and broad communities.

The incubator is intended initially to provide a number of accessible services including virtual training courses, technical guidance sessions, show casing, lists of available micro financing programs, marketing space, Q&A regular meetings and discussion sessions, and accessible resources.

The incubator includes provision of the following package of services:

1. Informative Resource Center: Technical guidance and consultations to women with disabilities for existing and new projects – live or chat or Q&A (either technical or business-related guidance).
2. E-Learning Portal: Accessible Training Packages and learning and informative resources and Accessible lists of available training centers and microfinancing
3. Startups Management: A simple virtual space to allow users to submit startups ideas and details and describe their needs to be managed by SHS and related organizations.
4. Future Upgrades: The platform should be ready for future upgrades for adding a virtual market space linked with multiple platforms and Projects Crowdfunding Module.
5. Accessibility features: The platform should be ready for the inclusive practice of removing barriers that prevent interaction with, or access to platform, digital tools and technologies, by people with disabilities.

Expected Deliverables

As a result of this assignment, the Service Provider will provide Stars of Hopes Organization with the following deliverable(s):

• Fully functional, accessible Online Platform
• Full Project Documentations.
• Staff and admin Training Sessions
• Assignment completion report.
• One Year onsite/offsite Maintenance and Support

 Conditions for offerors:

• Be registered as a business with the proper authorities
• Have adequate technical resources to perform the project, or the ability to obtain them
• Be able to comply with the required or proposed delivery or performance schedule, taking into consideration all existing commitments.
• Be qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations.
• A necessary organization, experience, accounting and operational controls, and financial skills necessary to perform the Scope of Work above.
• A satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics.
• Ability to Submit TAX Invoices and TAX Source of Deduction Documents.
• More than 5 years of experience of the company in software /Web Application Development 
• More than 5 years of experience in Backend development PHP/MYSQL code igniter Laravel
