Purpose and rationale
The purpose of this assignment is organisation of training seminars for public sector employees on “Applying policies which promote the engagement of women in the labor market”. This will be executed through the provision of supportive 5-day seminar training public sector employees. The trainer is expected to employ participatory and didactical approaches that ensure engaging all participants in the training sessions and facilitate interactive and empowering learning methods.
Timeframe:
The assignment must be completed from November to December 2021.
Qualification of trainer/firm
- Demonstrated experience in providing capacity building to national and international organization staff, preferably public sector employees
- Demonstrated 10 years of experience in the design and delivery of capacity building trainings for national and international agencies.
- In depth knowledge and experience in developing training materials and using participatory training approaches.
- Demonstrated staff capacity to design and deliver those trainings with high competences in programme framework, monitoring and evaluation and capacity strengthening.
- Experience and knowledge of Palestinian national policies related to women’s engagement in the labour market.
