Title: Trainer Recruitment for Training of Trainers (ToT) in CEFE Methodology

Background:

Small Enterprise Center (SEC) Association is a Palestinian non-profit organization that was founded in 2002. In 2008, SEC was officially registered as an independent non-profit organization governed by the Palestinian Law of Charitable Associations and Community Organizations No.1 for the year 2000. SEC is a leading national organization serving Palestinian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and social enterprises (including cooperatives) over Palestine where Gaza Office has started provision of business development services for SMEs since 2011.

SEC with the support from Consulat général de France (Innovative projects by civil societies and stakeholder coalitions (PISCCA) – 2023-2024) “Support to Palestinian youth for the promotion of innovative action” in partnership with Dura Municipality and Dura Youth Council  is implementing a 10-month program entitled “Youth Enterprise Program: support fifteen youth to start and run their own businesses and certify twenty local trainers in business planning and entrepreneurship” (22 to 35 years old)

Small Enterprise Center (SEC) is seeking a certified CEFE trainer to conduct a Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop in Competency-Based Economies, Formation of Enterprises (CEFE) methodology in Dura, mid April, 10 days. The aim is to equip potential trainers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively disseminate CEFE training to entrepreneurs and business professionals.

Objectives:

• To trainers to deliver CEFE training with confidence and competence.
• To ensure trainers are well-versed in CEFE principles and practices.
• To create a pool of certified CEFE trainers capable of conducting independent sessions

Duration:

The ToT program to be conducted over a 10 days ToT program, with follow-up sessions as required.
