Project Name: Resilience in Schools of East Jerusalem (RiSE) 

Title: “Training of teachers and supervisors in a fablab setting including 21st Century skills development, STEAM subjects integration and Project Based Learning”

This procurement contract consists of the following items:

• Phase 1
  • Item 1 – Developing a competency-based ToT training curriculum
  • Item 2 – Assessment and description of the needs of tools, supplies and equipment for each selected school
  • Item 3 – Monitoring and evaluation baseline – pre-assessment
• Phase 2
  • Item 4 – Implementing a Training of Teachers and supervisors (ToT) program
  • Item 5 - Developing collective artworks in schools
  • Item 6 - Developing competency-based Training of Students (ToS) training curricula
• Phase 3
  • Item 7 – Following up on the fablab curricula
  • Item 8 – Monitoring and Evaluation – post-assessment  

• Provisional phase 4

• Provisional item 9 – Follow-up academic year 2022 – 2023 

These items are pooled and form one single procurement contract. It is not possible to tender for one or several items and the tenderer must submit prices for all items of the procurement contract.

Enabel now invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for carrying out these services:

Tendering will be conducted through the negotiated procedure with publication (Belgian Public Procurement Law).

This tender is VAT excluded.  

Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the tender closing. No bid bond is required.

Tenders must be delivered to the address mentioned below before Monday 23/08/2021 at 11:00 AM. Late tenders will be rejected.
