Training of Trainers (ToT)
UNESCO Ramallah Office launches a request for proposals to implement a Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme: A comprehensive training program on mainstreaming Green, technical, transversal, digital and entrepreneurship skills. This assignment aims to build the capacities of the TVET technical staff to acquire future oriented competencies, and to be able to deliver such skills. In addition to providing them with practices\tools on how to bridge the skills gap to improve TVET effectiveness across different locations (schools, colleges, Vocational Technical Centres, private institutions, etc.) and formats (in class, online, blended, etc).

The assignment aims at:-
- To carry out a training needs assessment for the targeted stakeholders at the organizational, occupational, and individual levels. The needs assessment shall focus on the needed 21st, transversal skills, in addition to green skills and entrepreneurship.
- To design the training program and material as per the needs assessment.
- To implement the Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme (100 Hours) for 100 technical and vocational staff (4 groups\25 participants each) from the government, civil society and private sector from West Bank (WB), Gaza Strip (GZ) and East Jerusalem (EJ) : 3 groups in WB, 1 group in GS.
