Training Services

The Palestinian Federation of Industries (PFI), is implementing a project "Mainstreaming Advisory and Consultancy Instruments for the People Management" aiming at improving the employees’ quality of work as an extended support for the sustainability of employment. Quality is envisaged to be leveraged by supporting the private sector employers to implement innovative advisory and consultancy instruments for recruiting, retention and better working conditions. This project is financed by GIZ as commissioned by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

1 PURPOSE OF THE RFQ DOSSIER

The purpose of this Bid is to obtain competitive offers for The Training service. A detailed description of the assignment and services required by PFI is contained in the technical specifications (see APPENDIX A – Technical specifications).

3 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

In submitting a bid, the bidder accepts in full and without restriction the special and general conditions governing this contract as the sole basis of this bidding procedure, whatever their own conditions of sale may be.

Bidders are expected to examine carefully and comply with all instructions, forms, provisions and specifications contained in this bid dossier.

Failure to submit a bid containing all the required information and documentation within the deadline specified will lead to the rejection of the bid.

The participation procedure in this bidding process requires submission of the following:

Technical proposal
Financial proposal.

The Trainer must submit two separate sealed envelopes. The first envelope is a Technical Offer and the second one is a Financial offer to the following address:

On-boarding packages for new hired employees
Mentoring and supervisory skills schemes
Further training of employees in order to retain qualified workforce
Motivating employees through awarding them
Recruiting new employees - Presence on job portals, job/work related online platforms, job fairs etc.
