MA’AN currently is working on implementing a project titled “Mitigating the impacts of COVID-19 on women’s economic participation in the State of Palestine”. The project should support 80 women, GBV cases, whose livelihoods (small scale businesses) had been affected by the COVID-19 situation. The project will provide the impacted businesses with the needed knowledge and skills to address innovatively the challenges imposed by the COVID crisis through training and coaching services; besides, number of businesses who are most- impacted by the pandemic and identified at high-risk of closure will be supported by in-kind grant. The targeted MSMEs are located in Rafah, Khan Yunis, and middle area Governorates. 

MA’AN is seeking the services of a professional and highly qualified consultancy firm to provide training on ICT integration in business for the targeted women. The consultancy firm is required to provide a total of 52 training hours. The training will be provided for a total of 80 participants; divided into 4 groups. Each group consists of 20 participants and will be provided with a total of 10 training hours. The training should shift from providing theoretical knowledge to provide practical examples that support the targeted women to develop their business. The training topics should match the age group, level of education and experience of the target group>

Interested consultant firms should review the full TOR for this consultancy and can get a copy from it from MAAN Development /Gaza center starting from 20TH January 2022 tell 26th January 2022  and submit offer in two sealed envelopes; one for the technical offer and another one for the financial offer by 27th January 2022  (before 12:00 pm) to MAAN Center – Gaza Office
