Upskilling Course in AI

Introduction

The Jerusalem Legal Aid and Human Rights Center- JLAC is one of the pioneering human rights organizations in Palestine. JLAC stands to defend victims of human rights offences, regardless of whom the violator is and what facet of living a dignified life is being violated.  In this regard, JLAC provides pro-bono legal aid, awareness, and advocacy/ efforts in tackling violations made by the Israeli government, the Israeli occupying forces and the Palestinian Authority.

In a time when Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming industries and changing the skills needed for career success, acquiring AI skills has become crucial. The incorporation of AI into business practices and the worldwide job market highlights the pressing need for professionals to focus on upskilling and reskilling in this field. Consequently, JLAC is inviting training centers to propose training programs designed to provide individuals with the AI expertise required for career growth, boosting productivity and enhancing quality.

• Introduction to AI
• AI in Office 365

Optional outline topics

• AI for Data Collection and Analysis
• AI for Task and Project Management
• AI for Team Collaboration
• Free AI applications that can be used at work
• AI for translation, official letters, statements and producing legal papers

Scope of Work

• The proposals should be for running the training course in a face-to-face interactive model.
• Targeted number of employees is 30 employees and may be reduced.
• The training methodology should be based on modern interactive learning techniques, which should include hands-on practice exercises, and interaction with experts and mentors.
• Pre and post questionnaires for participants’ knowledge evaluation must be done.

Notes

• Prices should be in ILS including VAT and Income tax.
• The course duration shall not exceed 30 training hours.
• The course is expected to start in October 2024.
• Subsequent courses may be requested based on the course’s success level.
• Price offers should be valid for 90 days of submission date.
• JLAC maintains its right to split or cancel the RFQ.
• JLAC is not obliged to contract with the lowest prices.
• Winning applicant will cover advertisement fees.

Evaluation Criteria

Your offer will be evaluated based on the proposed outline and proven experience. and financial offer. The proposal has a weight of 70% while the financial offer has a weight of 30%.

Your proposals and Financial Offers should be sent and submitted in a stamped envelope to the Jerusalem Legal Aid Centre – JLAC main office in Ramallah no later than Thursday 19/09/2024 at 2:00 PM, by hand/courier, to the below address, with the clear marking:
