Videos Production for Factory 4.0 Acceleration Program

Objective:

The objective of this TOR is to produce two high-quality and engaging short videos that promote the Factory 4.0 Acceleration Program in Palestine Technopark. The first video will be an informative video that combines interviews and information about the program, using graphics, and will be approximately 3 to 4 minutes long. The second video will cover the Factory 4.0 program's exposure and closing event.

Scope of Work:

Video 1: Informative Video

Develop a script in consultation with the Palestine Technopark team that includes interviews with key stakeholders, experts, and participants of the program. The script should highlight the goals, objectives, and impact of the Factory 4.0 program, as well as showcase the advanced manufacturing technologies, workshops, and events involved.

Create graphics and visuals that visually illustrate the concepts and information being discussed, such as infographics and diagrams.

Incorporate relevant footage of the Factory 4.0 program in action, including participants using, workshops, and events.

Ensure the video is professionally produced, with high-quality visuals, clear audio, and suitable background music that enhances the storytelling and presentation of the program.

Duration: 3 to 4 minutes.

Video 2: Exposure and Closing Event Coverage

Capture footage of the Factory 4.0 program's exposure and closing event, including presentations, demonstrations, and testimonials from participants and key stakeholders.

Edit the footage into a cohesive and engaging video that showcases the highlights of the event, including the key speakers, key activities, and participants' experiences.

Ensure the video captures the energy, excitement, and impact of the Factory 4.0 program and conveys the event's key messages.

Duration:2 to 3 minutes.

Deliverables:

Informative video (Video 1) in a high-resolution format suitable for online and offline viewing.

Exposure and closing event coverage video (Video 2) in a high-resolution format suitable for online and offline viewing.

All raw footage and project files used in the production of the videos.

Timeline:

Video 1: Informative video - Script development and approval: within 2 days after contract signing. Video production and editing: within 7 days after script approval.

Video 2: Exposure and closing event coverage - Event coverage and footage collection: on the event date(s). Video editing: within 7 days after event coverage.

 Selection Criteria:

 The selection of the production company or freelancer will be based on the following criteria:

Relevant experience in video production, including informative videos and event coverage.

Quality and creativity of previous work samples, particularly in the technology and innovation sectors.

Proposed timeline and availability to complete the project within the specified timeframe.

The budget proposal and cost-effectiveness.

Professionalism, communication skills, and ability to meet project requirements.
