Request for Proposal (RFP)
The Palestinian industrial sector lacks a conclusive database. This hinders the optimal representation of the industrial sector, the availability of industry related data, and the ability to make evidence-based decisions by official and non-governmental entities with relation to the sector. The Palestinian Federation of Industries, PFI, as the representative of all specialized industrial unions and their members is assuming the responsibility of filling this gap.
Within their partnership with SMART, PFI are soliciting proposals to develop a software solution that will function as a publicly accessible database of all members of PFI’s member unions. The database will contain the information of PFI’s member unions as well as the members of the member unions. The database will act as a repository of information for the Palestinian industrial sector with all its varied components. The database must be searchable, accessible through the website, as well as possess the ability to produce varied and relevant reporting.
Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFP may be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than 3:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday 20/06/2023. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted.
Offers must be received no later than 1:00 PM (local time) on Saturday 24/06/2023. Offers received after this date or time will be considered late.
Each offeror must submit its proposal in two separate attachments: The Technical proposal shall be submitted in separate attachment from the financial proposal.
