Trader Facilitation and Customs Support Programme (Tasdeer)

Tasdeer, an FCDO-funded trade facilitation programme in the Occupied Palestinian Territories is soliciting proposals from eligible and responsible IT firms to Upgrade and Promotion for Holy Land Incoming Tour Operators Association (HLITOA) Website.

Tasdeer is seeking a company to provide web development and promotional services to YAHALAH.com, on behalf of HLITOA. The Company has two mandates:

Assess the current Platform: yahalah.com in terms of usability and outreach capability to target the FIT. Based on the assessment the hired firm should propose and implement the needed upgrades to the website.

The hired Company is expected to devise a detailed marketing plan and implement a promotional plan for the platform that includes search optimization, social media promotional activities (including content) and utilization of social media influencers.
