West Bank Survey Research
The Responding to Local Priorities program, implemented by Management Systems International (MSI), an international development consulting firm in Washington, D.C. and funded by the United
States Agency for International Development (USAID), is designed to respond to community priorities
in the northern West Bank. In cooperation with Palestinian partners, the activity is:
1. Responding to community needs arising from recent developments, improving community services, conducting light repairs for private and public spaces and buildings,
and providing livelihood
opportunities.
2. Improving the ability of community organizations to help people cope with psychological hardships
and better respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
3. Providing youth with meaningful access to economic opportunities, including short-term jobs and paid
internships and working hand-in-hand with local youth organizations to expand activities and services
that engage youth.
Through this solicitation, MSI aims to identify a Palestinian or international firm to conduct survey
research in the northern West Bank, initially Nablus, Tulkarem, and Jenin, but with the potential to
expand areas of coverage beyond those areas. In preparing their responses to this Request for
Proposals (RFP), bidders should read the statement of work (Section III) carefully, as well as the
evaluation criteria and other requirements in this RFP.
Interested offerors may access this and other MSI grants and procurement opportunities at
