UNDP/PAPP - Invitation to pre-qualify to be included in one or two of the following rosters: 

Lot 1 – Youth-Serving Organizations Roster for Engagement Roster

Lot 2 - Civil Society Organizations for Transparency, Evidence, Efficiency, Effectiveness and Accountability (TEA3) Programme - Engagement Roster

The United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) hereby invites eligible national/local Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) located in Gaza and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, to submit their applications, expressing interest, and providing documentation, to be assessed for possible inclusion in one or two of the above-mentioned rosters. 

CSOs successful in this expression of interest and pre-qualification exercise, which become included in the respective roster, will be invited to submit proposals (in relation to upcoming Request for Proposals (RFPs)) for implementing programme/project activity/ies under the respective lot, aimed at establishing partnerships with UNDP/PAPP, during the years               2023 – 2025. Interested national/local CSOs can apply for one or two lots as applicable to their field of work/specialty.

Please note that this pre-qualification process is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP. Applicants who wish to apply must be registered in the system. Instructions for registration of interested CSOs & submission of applications are found by visiting the above-mentioned link / page.
