Developing Market Information System

The Agricultural Development Association (PARC) announces a sealed envelope tender for the project Promote Economic Opportunities, Psychosocial Support and Livelihoods Engagement (PEOPLE) funded by European Commission

and project contribution to the Rights, Resilience and Response (RRR) safe programming pilots, In partnership with OXFAM.

The tender will be awarded according to the conditions and standards illustrated in the term of reference documents. Therefore, interested vendors should take into consideration the following criteria:

Tender eligibility criteria:

• The applying firms should hold an operating license from concerned authorities and has an accredited and valid commercial record according to common practices
• Bid price offers should be valid for a time period no less than 90 days after the deadline for submitting the tender.
• The value of the TOR copy is 50$ non-refundable, to be paid into the project account No. 611702 in the Egyptian Arab Land Bank.
• The submitted offers should be in Euro, and the winning firm should be able to issue Payment request in addition to deduction at source certificate (شهادة خصم مصدر), as part of the assignment will be tax exempted (about 60%), and the remaining part (about 40%) will be subject to tax,.
• Interested firms can obtain a copy of the TOR dossier on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 until Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 09:00 am to 03:0 pm in the Agricultural Development Association’s office in Gaza.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2022. Interested firms should attend the pre-bid meeting at PARC’s office at morning at 01:00 pm.
• The proposal should be submitted to PARC headquarter in Gaza Strip no later than Wednesday 14/09 /2022; 14:00pm. Noting that late applications will not be accepted.
• Interested firms should provide a bid entry guarantee, at the value of 5% of the bid offered as a bank guarantee or a bank check accredited and valid for no less than 90 days from the last date of submitting the tender dossiers. Personal checks or cash money bills will be rejected.
• The tendering committee is not obligated to accept the bid with the lowest price nor present the reasons for rejection, Bids will be evaluated technically and financially.
• The Tendering committee has the right to delay, extend, remake, cancel or split the tender without presenting the reasons nor reimbursing the bidders.
• Preparation and announcement fees, on the newspaper or websites, will be paid by the bid winner
