This "Invitation to quote" is under the project: “Improving Palestinian small-scale producers’ access to and power in high value fruit and small ruminants value chains” Implemented by: Rural Women Development Society (RWDS) in West Bank and Gaza in partnership with Oxfam and Funded by: Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (AMENCA).
Qualified bidders are invited to participate in this Quotation. A copy of the REQUEST FOR QUTATION (RFQ) Dossier can be obtained from RWDS office in Gaza City, Al-Meena District, Haboosh Street, Abo Shaaban building (RWDS) Office, 3rd Floor, from 21/06/2020 between 09:00AM until 03:00PM, Sundays to Thursdays.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Sealed Bids must be delivered by hand to RWDS address at or before 02/07/2020, 01:00PM. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 02/07/2020 at 01:30PM
- Offers meet the minimum requirements or received after the deadline will not be considered.
- RWDS makes no obligations in award the contract with the lowest or any bidder, or in full or in part to any one bidder.
- Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of at least Five Percent (5%) of the quotation amount in the form of a certified check or a bank guarantee issued by a bank authorised by Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA).
- Bidder are required to have Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supplying and installing Equipment
- RWDS does not bind itself to award the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
- Newspaper Advertising fees will be paid by the winning bidder.
