Master Service Agreement Tender for Daily Transportation Service

Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all related Authorized /Registered companies to participate in the following Tenders:

MAR-021 – Daily Transportation Service (Vehicles with Drivers)

The following conditions apply:

• Registered companies in the official quarters for transportation service.
• The company should have the capability for providing this service and have the previous experience for that. 
• The company should be an authorized dealer having VAT/ Tax registration. Tax/VAT Registration Certificate copies should be provided.
• The company should be based in Gaza.
• The company should attach valid registration documents from the local authorities. 
• The supplier must provide a Vat invoice. 
• Tender documents can be obtained starting from Thursday 14 January 2021 during the official working hours, from 8:30 AM to 03:30 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office address as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Talatini Street, Al Motaz Building #3.

• Tender submission should be made by 27 January 2021 before 12:00 PM.
• The documents will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps committee only.
• The committee is not obligated to contract with the lowest prices.
• Submit Questions in writing to E-mail ps-[email protected] before 21 January 2021, 16:00.
