دعوة لتقديم عطاء / تأجير سيارة

AFKAR Organization for Educational & Cultural Development is inviting rent cars Companies to submit offers for the following description of the supplies:

ضمن مشروع تحسين القدرة على الصمود والخدمات النفسية والاجتماعية والتعليمية للمجتمعات الضعيفة المتأثرة بالعنف المرتبط بالنزاع في المنطقة ج، بما في ذلك الخليل وأريحا والمجتمعات البدوية وسلفيت وقلقيلية، والممول من مكتب التنسيق للمساعدات الانسانية OCHA، تعلن مؤسسة أفكار للتطوير التربوي والثقافي عن طرح مناقصة استئنجار سيارة، فعلى الراغبين في التقدم للمناقصة مراعاة الشروط التالية:

The tender will be conducted using AFKAR’s standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders by sending an email to [email protected], and mentioning the tender reference #.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the AFKAR’s website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted before 16/10/2022 by 12pm,  E-mail at [email protected], or submitted at AFKAR’s main office/ Ramallah.

Prices are presented in US Dollars and include all types of fees, charges and taxes. AFKAR has the right to split the tender or award it as a whole for one bidder.

AFKAR will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to AFKAR.

A tender opening session will take place on 16 October 2022 at 1 PM in the AFKAR’s main office Ramallah – Rayyan Bld, 2nd fl, George Al-Saa’ Street, Ein Misbah, opposite to Bank of Palestine/ Regional Office/ Ramallah. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.

Fees of tender advertising on JOBS.PS will be charged to the winner bidder(s).
