PARC is a national developmental non-governmental organization established 39 – years ago. PARC strives to develop the agricultural sector, strengthen the resilience of farmers, reach out to the poor and marginalized groups and their CBOs, mobilize, and develop the capabilities of rural people to enable them to control their resources through the work of a distinguished professional team and a loyal volunteer. Price offer to Conduct career counseling services.

PARC is seeking a highly qualified consultancy firm/ Individual to conduct career counseling services in order to achieve the following objectives:

• Identify the interns' career goals and how they can achieve/reach them.
• identify factors that influence their career development, understand their skills and strengths, and help them assess their interests, abilities, and values.
• Discover more about the jobs and skills varieties needed now and in the future.
• Help interns determine their following steps and develop a plan to achieve their goals.

Team Minimum Qualifications.

The consultancy firm/Individual must have the resources, ability, and technical expertise to deliver the career counseling services at the required quality.

The proposed trainers should have the following minimum requirements:

• A scientific degree in Human resource management, Extension, Agronomist, or any related field, a master's degree is preferred.
• At least three years of proven expertise working in career development services and strategies, counseling (techniques, administration, and interpretation of assessments), and career information resources.
• Knowledge of the working and business environment in the Gaza Strip, especially the agricultural sector.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to develop concrete methodology and timeframe for delivering the required services within the specified duration.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDER

The submitted offers should be in Euro excluding VAT. The tenderer should be able to issue zero VAT invoices in addition to deduction at source certificate (شهادة خصم مصدر).

1. The tenderer must comply with the standards and requirements set out in the tender bid.
2. The submitted offer is binding to the Supplier nor the tender offer may be withdrawn after submission and remains binding by a period of three months starting from the date of the offer.
3. Tender documents delivered by hand.
4. Late applications will not be accepted
5. The tender envelop must be sealed and stamped.
6. Tender must stamp all bid papers.

7. The winning bidder will bear the cost of advertisement on websites.

The tenderers must submit for the evaluation the following documents in hard and soft copies:

• Technical offer with all supporting documents (Working methodology, CV‘s for the staff and the consulting firm profile, previous experience, …etc).
• Financial offer, only hard copy.

 TENDER SUBMISSION DATE:

The proposal should be submitted to PARC headquarter in Gaza Strip no later than Thursday 22/09 /2022; 02:00pm. Noting that late applications will not be accepted.

PARC shall not be bound to accept the lowest price or any tender proposal, and reserves the power to accept any part of any tender proposal.
