About Station J:  
Station J aims at making economic, social, and sustainable impact through Palestinian innovation fueled by expertise, entrepreneurial talent, and new technology from across the globe. Our role is combining practices, tools, resources, and environments to influence the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Jerusalem. We guide innovators and entrepreneurs from ideation stages and connect them to markets and investment opportunities. We help plug knowledge, expertise, and skills gaps, gain access to investment, and fill market niches to maximize the potential of the innovations and innovators we support.   

About the Program      
The program is to support youth in securing sustained employment opportunities in accordance with decent work standards. This will be achieved after having equipped them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools in relation to multiple commercial industries, including services and product manufacturing/processing in line with the labor market needs and in accordance with decent job standards. The project will target a wide range of commercially focused businesses to cover as many sectors of the market as possible.

• CONTRACT OVERALL PURPOSE/objective

This project aims to generate and produce training material and interactive sessions to amplify the entrepreneurship skills of the Palestinian Youth in Jerusalem and empower youth and entrepreneurs to scale up their startups. Moreover, it seeks to strengthen their digital capacity as entrepreneurs.

THE SERVICE PROVIDER WILL be RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Prepare a detailed implementation plan in English highlighting the planning process, key delivery dates, collect feedback and finalization.
• Designing and developing a comprehensive training program; including, but not limited to, creating training materials (including presentations, handouts, case studies, and exercises), facilitating group discussions, exercises, and practical assignments to reinforce learning, provide guidance and support to participants during the training sessions, evaluating participants' progress and providing constructive feedback and adapting training content and methods to meet the specific needs of the participants.
• Provide the selected applicants with training courses over the identified period.
• Develop pre & posttests in English in addition to a technical evaluation form.
• Prepare a final report upon completion of the training course which includes deliverables, lessons learned, recommendations and outcomes of the training.
