تعمل الفرق الميدانية ل (Secours Islamique France (SIF في ثلاث مجالات أساسية:

-    الإنقاذ: الاستجابة للاحتياجات الأساسية للناس الأكثر فقراً

-    التعبئة: المشاركة في التوعية وحملات المناصرة
-    التعزيز: تزويد السكان بأدوات الاستقلال الذاتي
 

Our field-based teams work in 3 specific fields:

-    Rescue – Respond to the basic needs of the most vulnerable people
-    Reinforce – Give populations the tools to be autonomous
-    Mobilize – Participate in sensitization and advocacy campaigns

 
تنوي (Secours Islamique France (SIF وفي إطار عملها الإنساني طرح عطاء مشروع تحسين الموارد المائية من خلال  معالجة المياه الرمادية المنزلية لاعادة استخدامها والممول من  قبلها.
تطلب وثائق العطاء من:

من الساعة 9:00 صباحاً وحتى 3:00 مساءً

SIF – Gaza Strip Palestine Mission intends to award Improve Water Resources through Grey Water for Agriculture & Domestic Project  in the framework of humanitarian programs funded by Secours Islamique France.

Bidding documents can be obtained by interested parties at the below address:

على الراغبين في التقدم للعطاء مراعاة الشروط التالية:

- يجب أن يكون  المتقدم للعطاء مسجلاً لدى جهات الاختصاص وأن يمتلك خلو طرف ضريبي ساري المفعول.

-المشاركة في العطاء مفتوحة لجميع المقاولين المؤهلين والحاصلين على عضوية اتحاد المقاولين الفلسطينيين تخصص (كهروميكانيك) درجة (أولى، ثانية  و ثالثة) أو محطات التنقية درجة أولى وثانية.

- يجب على المتقدم للعطاء تقديم تأمين أولي (كفالة دخول العطاء) بنسبة (5%) من إجمالي قيمة عرض السعر المقدم وذلك من خلال شيك بنكي لمدة لا تقل عن 90 يوم من تاريخ تسليم العطاء.
- سيتم عقد الاجتماع التمهيدي يوم الإثنين الموافق 13 أغسطس 2018  في مكتب Secours Islamique France )SIF) بغزة الساعة 1:00 ظهراً. 
- الأسعار المقدمة شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة.                                          - يتم تقديم شهادة خصم منبع.
- عملة دخول العطاء هي الدولار الأمريكي (USD).
- يجب أن تكون الأسعار سارية لمدة لا تقل عن 90 يوم من تاريخ تسليم العطاء.
- أجرة الإعلان على من يرسو عليه العطاء.
- يجب دفع مبلغ نقدي غير مسترد بقيمة 100 دولار أمريكي وذلك نظير الحصول على كراسة العطاء.
- Secours Islamique France غير ملزمة بأقل الأسعار المقدمة دون إبداء الأسباب، وتحتفظ بحقها في قبول كامل العرض أو تجزئته.
- يحق لـSecours Islamique France  إلغاء العطاء دون إبداء الأسباب.
- يجب تقديم العروض بالظرف المغلق مختوماً.
آخر موعد لتسليم العطاء هو الساعة 01:00 ظهرا من يوم الخميس الموافق 16 أغسطس 2018 وهو موعد جلسة فتح المظاريف.
 

- Candidates should be registered at specialized authorities and have a valid Tax clearance. 

-The contractor must be registered at the Palestinian contractors union and classified Electro mechanic grade (1, 2 and 3) or Water treatment grade (1and 2).
- Tenderers shall attach their price offers with bank guarantees/ bank cheques for an amount of (5%) from the total propose offer and shall be valid for 90 calendar days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
- A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 01:00 pm at SIF- Gaza Strip Palestine Mission office.
- Price offers shall include VAT.                          - A certificate of withholding tax should be provided.
- Currency of propose offer should be in USD.
- Price offers shall be valid to not less than 90 calendar days from the dead line mentioned below.
- The awarded tenderer shall pay the cost of this advertisement. 
- Please note that a payment of non-refundable fees of 100 USD in cash against receipt will be required to buy a complete tender dossier.
- SIF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest price offers and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the offer.
- SIF reserves the right to cancel the tender without providing reasons at any time. 
- Only closed stamped price offers will be accepted. 

The deadline for submission of tenders is Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 01:00 pm and it is the time of opening session.
