Background:
“GGateway for Outsourcing Information Technology” is a social enterprise registered as a Private Limited Entity (Pltd.) founded in Gaza in January 2016 after 2 years of piloting work in UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency). GGateway works as a a non-profit entity and in accordance with its mission reinvests any surplus in accordance with its mission, vision, principles, and values in order to realize its objectives. GGateway offers customized and competitive ICT business outsourcing services to clients worldwide. At the same time, GGateway enables young ICT graduates from universities in Gaza to access professional opportunities in a learning environment, and enhances the ICT sector in Gaza by providing qualified labour and business opportunities. GGateway services such as but not limited to Data Management, Process Improvement, Training Material Development, Software Testing and Application Development. GGateway also runs a vibrant and innovative freelancing platform (GHub), a co-working space equipped with the IT infrastructure fostering collaboration and knowledge transfer to create professional ICT communities. GGateway is supported by UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency).
GGateway is implementing promotional services for the Korean project - Gaza C Project that aims to promote online cyber security training between IT experts and security training between IT experts and university students in order to improve their cyber security knowledge and abilities. This will help to create new job opportunities and enhance the acquired capacities.
Gaza C Project Activities:
-Online Cyber Security training programs (Mid-January 2018 – Mid- March 2018)
Gaza C Project offers a professional certification in the three followed specialized training programs; each 48-50 training hours, Training will be in English language:
The Cyber-Security Program (IT security basics, Hacking Prevention, Penetration Testing, Open Web Application)
The Network-Security Program (setting up secured networks, Tracking prevention, Advanced anonymous browsing).
The Development Program (Python based developing and coding, Advanced Secured coding techniques, Networking and Forensics).
-Cyber Security Challenge (Mid-March 2018 – Mid April 2018) Optional
Trainees who successfully accomplish one of the above training program certifications; optionally can join the Gaza C - Cyber Security Challenge
The Cyber- quiz Challenge will test the participants’ ability to solve basic to advanced cyber security issues with different variables.
-Journey to Seoul (Mid-April 2018 – May 2018) Optional
3.1 Selected trainees who successfully pass the Cyber Security Challenge will get the chance to visit different IT companies in Seoul, Korea

Eligibility Criteria:
Residents of the Gaza Strip only
Have Information and communication Background
Currently enrolled in university/college as ICT Student or; ICT graduate, ICT experts from ICT Companies and non ICT Companies or work as Freelancer.
Strong command of English language.
Highly interested to learn about Cyber Security.
High commitment to two months online training program
Self-motivated, have professional abilities and learning capabilities
