The Palestinian Information Technology Association of Companies (PITA), in partnership with Jerusalem High-tech Foundry (JHF), and in support from Finance for Jobs Consulting Services (F4JCS), are thrilled to announce the launch “Tech Savvy” ICT Youth Employment program.
The Tech-Savvy is a new, integrated program, which aims to provide flexible and holistic youth employment services to support ICT youth to develop their soft, business, and digital skills to successfully transition in the labor market. Tech Savvy has been designed to respond to a range of labor market challenges faced by Palestinian ICT youth, particularly for those facing barriers to employment and mostly for fresh graduates.
Tech-Savvy will focus on providing soft, business, technical training in multiple topics such as (Data Science, Front End Developer (React JS), Automation, Quality Assurance, Mobile Developer, Cross-Platform (Flutter /React native), Infrastructure engineer (Dev-Ops), UI/UX Design, Cyber Security).
After concluding the training process, youth will also receive career counseling services through mentorship, and/or a 2-months internship in the field of ICT. In addition to offering an opportunity to secure sustainment employment in certain ICT companies.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
- Has a high commitment to complete the training.
- University degree in ICT or related filed (diploma or Bachelor).
- Age 18-29 years old.
- Unemployed.
- A Palestinian citizen (including East Jerusalem ID).

استقبال طلبات الشباب
تعلن اتحاد شركات أنظمة المعلومات الفلسطينية (بيتا) بالشراكة مع مؤسسة القدس للتكنولوجيا المتقدمة (JHF) وبالتعاون مع مشروع فاينانس فورجوبز (F4J Consulting Services) عن إطلاق برنامج (Tech-Savvy) الذي يهدف إلى توظيف الشباب الخريجين من قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات.
صمم برنامج (Tech-Savvy) للمساعدة الشباب الفلسطيني ومواءمته لسوق العمل من خلال توفير الدعم اللازم للشباب الفلسطيني ذكورا وإناثا، عبر تزويدهم بمجموعة من التدريبات (التقنية، الحياتية) البرمجيات العصرية كما سيتبع خدمات التدريب خدمات نوعية تتعلق بالإرشاد و التوجيه، التدريب على راس العمل لرفع كفاءة وموائمة قدرات الشباب مع متطلبات سوق العمل الفلسطيني. كما ويتم بعد ذلك العمل على تقديم خدمات توظيف وتشبيك لتوفير فرص عمل مستدامة في شركات تكنلوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات او قطاعات أخرى ذات صلة.
شروط التقدم للاستفادة من البرنامج:
- لديه/ـا الجدية في الالتزام ببرنامج التدريب والرغبة في التعلم.
- خريج/ة جامعي/ة في علم الحاسوب او هندسة الحاسوب او ICT بشكل عام.
- عاطل/ة عن العمل.
- سكان الضفة الغربية أو القدس.
- ان يكون عمر المتقدم/ة 18 – 29 سنة.
