Location: Ramallah
Duration: One year- renewable
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Accounting, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
Required Experience: Three years experience in procurement, contracts management and office management. Prior NGO experience
Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and Internet
                              Knowledge of PNA tax system (VAT and duty regulations)
                              Knowledge of USAID, ECHO, EU and AUSAID procurement regulations and          compliance.
                             Excellent written and spoken English
