Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Trillionz Marketing Agency. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize social media performance and improve engagement with the company's target audience
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure social media strategies align with the overall marketing strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement
  • Understand client needs and objectives and provide strategic guidance.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to update them on campaign progress and gather feedback.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform campaign strategies.
  • Present campaign proposals and reports to clients.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content creators, digital, media, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of project
  • Handle invoicing and ensure timely payment from clients.

Qualifications:

Education: BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

Client-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

This position may require occasional visits/travel to meet with clients.

Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
