Accountant

3F regional office in Ramallah is looking for an experienced accountant 3F (United Federation of Danish Workers) are looking for an experienced full–time accountant to be a staff member of the 3F Regional Office in Ramallah. 3F has a cooperation program with PGFTU (Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions)
The responsibilities are two-fold.

Firstly to perform accounting and financial reporting on the 3F Regional Office and
Cooperation partners Secondly to support and train relevant PGFTU personnel in accounting procedures in general and the financial guidelines for the project in particular in order for them to carry
out their work, including preparation for audit.

The candidate must apart from good accounting and financial management skills also have
good communication skills and the desire to support and train others.

Required Qualifications:

1-Bachelor degree in Accounting or any relevant field.
2-At least 2-3 years of increasingly responsible experience in the field of financial work.
3-Knowledge of and experience in the NGO’s and donors regulations.
4-Knowledge of and experience with Audit accounting system.
5-Knowledge of applicable accounting laws, codes and regulations in particular with regard to audit.
6-High proficiency with MS word, Excel and MS Power Point.
7-Fluent in spoken and written English (The Job interview itself will be conducted in English).
