Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is one of the largest real-estate development and investment companies in Palestine. Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting positions.
- Fluent in English language (Oral/written).
- Excellent in MS programs (Excel, word, etc..)
- Excellent Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle local and international customer payments, communicated with customers when necessary
- Review contracts and confirm finalization of sales process through CRM system
- Communicate with Sales Dept to confirm sales process is accurate and followed through
- Prepare cheques and transfers, and make sure that all processes are accurate.
- Assist with preparing budgets as well as preparing requirements for External Auditors.
- Prepare payroll income tax statements.
- Prepare all journal vouchers through either accounting systems or manually in order to make sure that they are recorded and directed properly.
- Prepare bank reconciliation , follow up with the company’s bank balances and cash liquidities.
- Supervise the company inventories and arrange aggregation of total assets periodically.
- Be responsible for all the Accounting Dept. archives section and documenting all the necessary supporting data into files, each according to their field.
