In the decade since our inception, we have grown from a provider of capacity development and training services for young Palestinians to a large and respected organization focused on private sector development. Having established Palestine’s first startup accelerator and a mini-technology park, we continue to expand our interventions. We have succeeded in building one of Palestine’s most professional and respected non-governmental organizations from the grounds up; now we are ready to turn it into “a regional leader in developing inclusive, sustainable and dynamic economies”.
In Palestine, Leaders currently operates Palestine’s first Start-ups Accelerator “Fastforward” and the “eZone tech park” in Ramallah. Leaders is also operating in Brussels and Jordan.
General Description of the Role:
The Accountant will work with our Finance and Resources team under the supervision of our Finance Director. His/her main role will be to take care of the full accountancy cycle: from opening to closure, processing all financial transactions, keep track of budgets, assist in the preparation of financial reports for our donors, partners, members, local authorities and other stakeholders, ensure that our financial and procurement procedures are accurately implemented and support our Finance Director with the audit process.

Qualifications:
-BA degree in Accounting.
-Very good level in both English & Arabic languages.
-At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position within the non-profit sector.
-Experience using Bisan accounting software
-Audit experience is highly desirable.
