ACF (Action Against Hunger - Spain) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational and non-profit making organisation working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002.  in line with our project «Strengthening the commercial and marketing capacities of small and medium sized vulnerable Palestinian farmers from the Tubas region through trade to the Israeli and international markets» funded by the Catalan Agency for Development Cooperation (ACCD). ACF is recruiting for its Nablus office a

for an initial 12 month period
The candidate will:
• Supervise and assist project partners in the planning and implementation of activities (beneficiary selection, field work, training, community mobilisation, etc…)
• Develop and assist partners in the preparation of tools and mechanisms to follow-up and evaluate the impact of the project based on defined indicators
• Supervise the planning and implementation of subcontracted activities
• Provide technical assistance to beneficiaries and counterparts
• Participate in the forecast and follow up of project expenses and budget
• Develop implementation methodology in coordination with the Project Manager
• Participate and support the Project Manager in information sharing and coordination activities amongst project counterparts and relevant stakeholders
• Participate in the design and implementation of Food Security assessments, surveys or any other project identification or project extension studies
• Participate in the design and implementation of ACF’s country and Food Security strategy
Profile of the candidate:
• University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field
• 3 years of relevant professional experience with an NGO
• Demonstrable experience in community mobilisation, beneficiary selection and monitoring
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills
• Good interpersonal, analytical and communications skills
• Valid Driving License
