ACF (Action Against Hunger - Spain) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-political,

non-denominational and non-profit making organisation working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002.In line with ACF’s strategy in the Palestinian Territory to support the vulnerable population by enabling them to cover their basic water and sanitation needs, foodsecurity and nutritional needs. ACF  is recruiting for its Hebron office two

for an initial 9 months.
The candidate will:
1- Participate in the design and implementation of water and sanitation assessments,
surveys or any other project identification study in collaboration and coordination
with technical coordinator.
2- Follow up implementation of subcontracted water and sanitation activities
3- Provide technical assistance to beneficiaries and counterparts
4- Participate in data collection for baseline studies
5- Participate in the forecast and follow up of project expenses and budget related to
water and sanitation component
6- Participate in the design of, water and sanitation concept papers and project proposals
7- Participate in meetings with the community and project personnel to define roles
and responsibilities
Profile of the Candidate:
1- University degree in civil engineering or related field
2- High knowledge in water and Sanitation programs.
3- Good command in English(speaking, reading and writing)
4- Excellent computer skills (AUTO Cad, MS project, Microsoft Office application, Internet).
5- Excellent communication and organization skills.
6- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and team worker.
7- Valid driving license.
