Beecell Palestine for mobile solutions based in Ramallah is looking to hire full time employee for the following vacancy:

Admin Assistant:  

Job Summary:

Responsible of organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Make the administrative support operations of the other departments run smoothly.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Company's management.
  • Monitoring Daily Attendance, Print Daily attendance lists.
  • Handling the office petty cash including attaching invoices to the petty cash sheet and updating it.
  • Responsible of finger print system (add new employee finger print/remove it).
  • Appointing interviews.
  • Responsible of company assets.
  • Requesting stationary and preparing consumption and inventory reports.
  • Calling, Meeting, greeting clients and visitors and follow up with them for whatever requested.  
  • Preparing different reports to company management
  • Maintaining hard copy & electronic filing for various office documents.
  • Answering phones, providing information and processing messages to the concerned parties.
  • Sending Memo/announcement to all employees by e-mail.
  • Keeping track of office maintenance.
  • Making sure all office facilities are working properly, and supervise any fixes and maintenance as required.
  • Making sure employees are following policies and procedures and ensure quality is being met.
  • Perform additional duties / assignments as directed.
  • Manage the Manager's diary, schedule meetings / appointments appropriately.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Required Skills: - Excellent working knowledge in MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook and Internet browsing. Good background in filing. Hard worker, continuous learning, Ability to work under pressure. Ready for new challenges and responsibilities, Teamwork spirit, High Communication skills. Attention to details, excellent organizational skills and staff management skills. Good writing and speaking in English
  • Qualifications: University Graduate.
  • Gender: Female
  • Working Conditions: Normal conditions.
  • Required Experiences: one to two years of experience.
  • Physical Attributes: Presentable.
