Background

Tomorrow’s Youth is an innovative organization that provides holistic, multi-generational programs to transform the lives of Palestinians. As the first American non-profit organization based in Nablus, TYO developed its model in close collaboration with local communities and engages children, youth, and parents in productive, formative, and fulfilling activities. What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties)

  • Organize and maintain files and databases.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Develop and maintain suppliers' contact list
  • Coordinate staff transportation arrangements.
  • Assist local staff with routine administrative and office daily procurement duties.
  • Handling the petty cash
  • Book travel arrangement and reconcile travel expenses
  • Handling project’s car log sheets
  • Handling all issues related to project vetting and contracts requirements
  • Maintain the Fixed Assets Registry Record
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled financial and admin reports
  • Noting down minutes of the meetings
  • Maintain the leave and holiday calendars and assist in tracking staff's unused vacation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any other related field.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
