Duties and responsibilities:

  • Improve internal controls and operating efficiency
  • Provide organizational cash flow oversight as well as, update and implement inter-departmental policies.
  • Enhance executive-level decision-making by implementing comprehensive management and KPI reporting tools
  • Preparing/Reviewing hotel financial reports.
  • Assist in the selection committee of the hotel suppliers.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Review and process reimbursements
  • Preparing budgets
  • Prepare regular reports on supplier’s prices.
  • Ensure the proper filling of all financial documents.
  • Participate in the preparation of the food cost report of the hotel.

Administrative Assisting &  Management support: 

  • Monitors the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and financial reports.
  • Drafting and proofreading documents, including memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as assisting in preparing reports, and assisting with project scheduling
  • Assist with operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the hotel’s business plan.
  • Work closely with the hotel’s management team and communicate effectively
  • Managing schedules, booking appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Education & professional experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting Public or Business Administration, or a related field..
  • Fluent Arabic and English, Hebrew
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance and/or accounting-related field
  • Computer proficiency and good command in Excel
  • Must be a Jerusalem ID holder.
  • Knowledge of programs (Priority Software, okets,Optima)
  • Knowledge of Admin procedures, accounting, and finance. Is compulsory.

Other requirements:

  • Good Communication & Analytical skills.
  • Valid and clean driving license.
  • Rigorous and trustful person.
