Background
The Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC) is a leading Palestinian Agricultural Development Organization that was established in 1986. Since its establishment, UAWC has been efficiently engaged in Palestinian land development, water resources & environment, poverty reduction and women empowerment, olive oil marketing, as well as other crucial rural development programs.

Job title: - Admin & Human Resources Officer
Starting Date: - 1st of September 2014
Location: - Ramallah, Palestine

Qualification & Experience
Experience:-
-Experience in works in all fields of HR cycle containing - personnel planning, recruitment, orientation, integration, training, development, compensation and benefits and performance management.
-Demonstrated experience in developing HR policies, procedures, tools, HR legal set-up analysis,
and salary scales elaboration and reviews and training skills.
-Proven 3 year experience in administrative work and logistic (the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects.
-Excellent organizing skills.
-High level of integrity and a role model to staff with excellent skills of communication.
-Knowledge of general law related to HR, (Palestinian Labor Law).
-Ability to communicate fluency in Arabic and English.
-Working experience in HR and administration, preferable with an NGOs

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or relevant field.
