A Leading Firm in Ramallah has an opening for an Admin & Office Coordinator position

The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and documents, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Independently respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature.
  • Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process.
  • Attend meetings, produce, and distribute accurate minutes of meetings and agendas in both Arabic and English when needed.
  • Perform any other related work depending on directions. 
  • Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence promptly and professionally.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the same role.
  • Familiarity with government, NGO’s & private sector protocols and procedures is highly desirable.
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Mastery of preparation of power point presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Patient, able to work under pressure and flexibility in working extended hours, when needed.
  • Professional appearance.
