A Leading Firm in Ramallah has an opening for an Admin & Office Coordinator position
The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and documents, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Independently respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature.
- Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process.
- Attend meetings, produce, and distribute accurate minutes of meetings and agendas in both Arabic and English when needed.
- Perform any other related work depending on directions.
- Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners.
- Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence promptly and professionally.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the same role.
- Familiarity with government, NGO’s & private sector protocols and procedures is highly desirable.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Mastery of preparation of power point presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Patient, able to work under pressure and flexibility in working extended hours, when needed.
- Professional appearance.
