Admin & Rent Assistant - Jerusalem
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage office tasks including answering phone calls, writing memos in English, Arabic and Hebrew, filing, photocopying, and assisting the staff members.
- Responsible for welcoming customers.
-Responsible for taking bookings for cars and leasing agreements and ensuring that it is kept in order.
- Support administrative requirements of multiple departments.
- Assist in any other related tasks.
- Maintain all office equipment (photocopier, fax, telephone).
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
-Data Entry & Filling
Qualifications:
-Related degree and at least 1 years' experience in the field.
-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
-Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing (English, Arabic and Hebrew).
-Have high communication skills and able to deal with office customers.
-Have an organized approach and excellent time management skills.
-Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy.
-Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
